Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Serpzeno (the "Service"), provided by MoreVision Advanced Technologies Ltd., an Israeli company (company no. 516795408) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you can bind that business to them.

2. The Service

Serpzeno analyzes websites, tracks keyword rankings, reports on Google Search Console data and helps manage advertising campaigns. A Free plan and paid plans are available; what each plan includes (for example the number of domains, pages per audit and tracked keywords) is shown on our pricing page.

3. Accounts and teams

You are responsible for your account and for all activity under it, including by team members you invite to your organization. Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Plans, payment and renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page; applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes payments, issues invoices and handles billing questions and returns.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Account Settings → Plan & billing. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Only analyze websites you own or are authorized to analyze. Do not use the Service to break the law, overload third-party systems, bypass plan limits, resell the Service without our written permission, or attempt to access data that is not yours.

7. Connected accounts and advertising

You can connect third-party accounts such as Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta and TikTok. You confirm you are entitled to connect them, and you can disconnect them at any time. Our use of your data from these accounts is described in our Privacy Policy.

Budget recommendations and changes are applied according to the approval mode you choose. You remain responsible for your advertising accounts, the changes you approve and your advertising spend.

8. AI-generated content and results

Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence to produce recommendations, summaries, ad copy and images. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, so review it before you act on it or publish it. Search rankings depend on factors outside our control: we do not guarantee any ranking, traffic or revenue result.

9. Your data and our rights

You keep ownership of your content and of the data you connect. You give us the permission needed to process it to provide the Service to you. We own the Service itself, including its software, design and branding.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, do not pay, or put the Service or other users at risk. You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how to request deletion).

11. Changes and availability

We may improve or change features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms or to paid features. We aim for reliable service but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or lost business.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, including mandatory consumer rights.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have jurisdiction over disputes, except that this does not remove any mandatory consumer protection or court rights you have in your country of residence.
