Refund Policy

1. Who processes refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.

2. Refund window

If Serpzeno is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan.

Renewal payments can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal if the paid plan has not been used since it renewed.

The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email address on your account, or use the link in your Paddle receipt.

4. Cancelling

Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

5. Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
